How do I apply for BankNet Power? To Sign up for BankNet, just follow the instructions for new users on https://login.banknetpower.net .
During registration you will be asked to choose an ID.
Please Note: Your BankNet ID cannot be less than 6 and more than 14 Characters. And the ID cannot contain special characters and spaces. |

What are secret questions? When applying for BankNet, you are requested to select three secret questions and set their corresponding answers.
The answers to your selected secret questions will serve as passwords and will ensure security in the access to certain secure functions of our Internet Banking service. It is very important that you remember the answers you key in. |

What is a User ID?
Every User in BankNet is identified by a User ID. The user ID is a unique name chosen by the customer, that can only be used by that customer. No one else in BankNet can use the same User ID.
The user ID is not Case Sensitive, and cannot be less than 6 or more than 14 characters. You cannot use spaces or special characters to set the User ID. |

What should I do if I change my address/contact number after registration?
When you logon to BankNet:
- Click on "Profile"
- Click on "Personal Details"
- You will get the details you entered during registration
- Click on "Modify" below your details
- Update the relevant information
- Click on "Save"
- All the new details will be saved
