How do I know my session is secure?
Every time you access BankNet. Look for a lock at the bottom right side of the screen. The lock will only be there when you are on a secure site. |

Should I change the password frequently?
All customers are requested to change the password as frequently as possible. The Change Password function is a free service and there is not limit on the number of times you can use the function. |

Can I use the same password as my Internet passwords?
You can use any password you want to as long as it is in between the required length (8 to 14 characters). We advice you to use a different password for your internet Banking facility just to keep your access as safe as possible from intruders. |
