Assessment Centre Guide Introduction
Our assessment tools are job relevant, being specifically developed by world wide international organization for the world of work and designed to be used across the whole employment spectrum. They are based on rigorous professional scientific research, detailed development and careful validation to provide a reliable (accurate) measure of job relevant attributes.
Today most selection procedures, even for graduates/managers, involve ability tests and personality questionnaires as well as structured interview. However, at this point there could be any of the following as well as the above:
- Simulation exercises (Analysis Presentation, Group Discussions, In-Tray exercises)
You now have the opportunity to gain experience in the type of question you may encounter when ability tests (verbal, numerical) and personality questionnaires are used by Emirates Bank Group in the selection process.
