EMIRATES NBD SHOWCASES ITS MORTGAGE PRODUCTS AT INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY SHOW 2008

United Arab Emirates, Dubai- 11th March 2008: Emirates NBD, the holding company of Emirates Bank and National Bank of Dubai, participated recently in the International Property Show 2008 and showcased its wide range of mortgage products to the focused audience at the show.

Emirates NBD is the largest mortgage provider among banks in the UAE, offering a full range of mortgage products that include home loans, office loans and the innovative offset home loans. The Emirates NBD stand at the exhibition informed visitors on the bank's mortgage offerings and procedures. The stand was manned by expert mortgage consultants who attended to potential clients' queries.

Mr. Jamal Bin Ghalaita, General Manager Consumer Finance and Wealth Management at Emirates NBD said, "Emirates NBD's participation in the International Property Show 2008 demonstrates our support for the emerging real estate industry. International Property Show 2008, the biggest transactional property exhibition in the region, was attended by a large number of exhibitors in its fourth edition which took place at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre (DIEC).

International Property Show 2008 featured prime real estate projects across the globe ranging from commercial properties to high and low-density residential developments, distinctive leisure and shopping centers as well as upscale resorts and hotels. The biggest transactional property exhibition in the region is also recognized as a powerful networking platform, which attracts leading players in the local, regional, and international property markets along with related industries and high net-worth investors.
