US$ 220 Million SYNDICATED TERM LOAN FACILITY FOR BANK OF MOSCOW (OVERSUBSCRIBED AND INCREASED) Arranged by ABN AMRO, Deutsche Bank, Emirates NBD & Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG ABN AMRO Bank N.V. ("ABN AMRO"), Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch ("Deutsche Bank"), Emirates NBD PJSC ("Emirates NBD") and Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG ("RZB") (Together the "Mandated Lead Arrangers" and "Bookrunners") are pleased to announce the successful signing of a US$ 220,000,000 syndicated term loan facility for Joint Stock Commercial Bank 'Bank of Moscow' (Open Joint Stock Company) ("Bank of Moscow"). The facility has a tenor of 18 months and pays a margin of 0.65% p.a. over LIBOR. Proceeds of the facility will be used by Bank of Moscow for its trade finance and general corporate funding requirements. The facility agreement was signed on 7th of May 2008.
Launched at an amount of US$ 150,000,000, the facility was oversubscribed by 47%, closing at US$ 220,000,000 with participation of 18 banks. Syndication of the facility was focused on investors from the Middle East and Asia.
