In line with the continuous efforts of Emirates NBD to strengthen its ties with the regional and international banking and finance industry, H.E. Ahmed Humaid Al Tayer, Chairman of Emirates NBD received Mr. Tarek Amer, Chairman of the National Bank of Egypt along with Mr. Tarek Mahmoud Al Ghazali, Regional Manager- UAE of the National Bank of Egypt. Present at the meeting were Mr. Sulaiman Al Mazroui, Executive Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Communications, and Mr. Mohamed Kamran Wajid, Head of Financial Institutions Division, Emirates NBD.

H.E. Al Tayer welcomed his guests to the UAE and provided them with a general overview of the various investment and business opportunities between the UAE and the Republic of Egypt. H.E Al Tayer also discussed the latest developments in the regional and international banking and finance industry and highlighted the strategic expansion plans of Emirates NBD in the region.
