As part of its continuous efforts to support various sporting activities, Emirates NBD, the largest banking group in the Middle East in terms of Assets has sponsored the Dubai Rugby Club's games at the Second Jeddah 7's Tournament and Barrellhouse Social Event.

Emirates NBD shares the vision of supporting youth in sport with Dubai Rugby Club, and is an active supporter of various educational, cultural and sporting events across the UAE. The group is the first in the region to set-up a dedicated unit to handle its Corporate Social Responsibility.

The Dubai Rugby Club is an Emarati-Arab rugby team established in Dubai in December 2006 by Mohammed Rahma and Badr Fikree, to mainly promote rugby amongst the Emarati community as a sport of discipline, fun and team building.
