For your convenience

Branch Teller Services: As a meLADY customer you are entitled to 25 free teller transactions, at any of Emirates Bank's branches. Thereafter you will be charged a fee of AED 10 per teller transaction.

Phone Banking Services: Our phone banking services allow you to access the information you need whenever you want. You can access your accounts, pay your credit card or utility bills, and conduct many more transactions.

Internet Banking Services: With our Internet banking services you can conveniently access your accounts and conduct numerous transactions securely online whenever you want.

Mobile Banking Services: SMS-based banking allows you to receive account and credit card balances and alerts on movements in your accounts on your mobile phone, whenever and wherever.
